2450 Pressure Sensor

The 2450 Pressure Sensor has a one-piece injection molded SYGEF© PVDF body and ceramic diaphragm for superior compatibility in corrosive liquids. Three (3) pressure versions allow for optimal resolution matching. Solid state circuitry eliminates drift (no internal potentiometers.) Built-in temperature compensation provides outstanding accuracy over wide temperature ranges. These sensors are available with S3L (Signet Sensor Serial Link) digital output, or field scaleable 4 to 20mA output. Integral adapters (sold separately) may be used to create a compact assembly with field mount version of the Signet 8450 Pressure Transmitter and the Signet 8250 ProcessPro Level Transmitter.

8250 ProcessPro Level Transmitter

Signet 8250 Level Transmitters are compatible with the Signet 2450 Pressure Sensors. Thery are available in field and panel mount configurations, single or dual-channel input and equipped with one 4 to 20mA output for each input channel. The unit also features two relays, plus the ability to support two additional externally mounted relays (for a total of four). Relay operations is selectable for High, Low, Window or Off, and includes fully adjustble hysteresis and trigger time delay. Automatic level-to-volume conversion allows display and control of tank level and/or volume in units such as gallons, kilograms, feet or meters. Simple entry of tank dimensions will allow the instrument to calculate volume from the level measurement.

8450 Pressure Transmitters

The Signet 8450 Pressure Transmitter is a unique instrument that converts the signal from the Signet 2450 pressure sensor into a 4 to 20 mA signal for long distance transmission. State-of-the-art electronic design offers a single-point calibration. Configuration flexibility is maximized with optional relays for process control and alarming. Dual input version allows difference calculation (ΔP) and offers cost savings with independent dual.
